Refund Policy
- EU students who terminate their student relationship before the first day of term are entitled to a full refund.
- If termination is requested within one calendar month after semester start, 80% of the tuition fee may be used in a later semester within 1 year.
- Transfer to another academic programme within one month allows fees to be adjusted accordingly.
- Non-EU students who fail to receive a visa (through no fault of their own) will receive a refund minus €200 administrative fee.
- Deferral requests may be accepted under specific visa conditions, with an administrative fee of €400. Deferral is allowed only once.
- If a visa/residency permit is granted but the student fails to start studies, tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
